We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Admin Executive with account experience to join our team in Dubai. As an Admin Executive, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing administrative support to various departments. Additionally, your financial expertise will be valuable in handling accounting tasks and ensuring financial accuracy.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain and update records, documents, and databases.
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget management.
- Handle accounts receivable and accounts payable tasks.
- Reconcile financial statements and transactions.
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients and vendors to resolve any billing or payment-related inquiries.
- Liaise with car dealers for vehicle acquisitions, fleet maintenance, and other related matters.
- Prepare cheques and process payments to vendors, suppliers, and partners.
- Assist in the preparation and review of contracts with clients and vendors.
- Provide general administrative support to various departments as needed.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an Admin Executive or similar administrative role.
- Background in accounting and finance is preferred.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Chartered Accountancy (CA) is preferred but not mandatory.
