**Role Description**:We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our Education Department. The Administrative Coordinator will be a key support figure, responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of administrative processes within the department. If you possess strong organizational skills, impeccable attention to detail, and a desire to contribute to the success of our educational initiatives, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and organize educational documents, records, and files.
- Assist in coordinating departmental meetings, workshops, and events.
- Handle incoming inquiries and communications, providing information and directing requests as necessary.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure the timely execution of departmental projects.
- Prepare and distribute educational materials, reports, and internal communications.
- Assist in data entry and record-keeping tasks related to educational programs.
- Monitor and maintain departmental supplies and equipment.
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Support the planning and organization of educational events and activities.
- Perform general administrative tasks to enhance the overall efficiency of the Education Department.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; an Associate degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role or a similar capacity.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Discretion and professionalism in managing sensitive information.
