**Responsibilities**:
Manage and organize sales documents, contracts, and correspondence.

Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and reports.

Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the sales team.

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Collaborate with other departments to facilitate seamless communication and workflow.

Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.

Maintaining and updating the CRM database efficiently

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.

Exposure to Odoo CRM would be an added advantage

Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.

Knowledge of sales principles and practices is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Business Administration or relevant field preferred.
