As an Office Secretary at Platinum Home Real Estate, you will play a crucial role in supporting the administrative functions of our office. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient office operations, facilitating communication, and providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Front Desk Management**:

- Greet clients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Manage incoming calls, take messages, and redirect inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- **Administrative Support**:

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and photocopying.
- Prepare and modify documents including letters, memos, contracts, and reports.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- **Client Support**:

- Schedule appointments and property viewings for clients with real estate agents.
- Provide clients with general information about properties, services, and company policies.
- **Communication Coordination**:

- Coordinate communication between real estate agents, clients, and other departments within the company.
- Ensure timely dissemination of information and documentation.
- **Office Operations**:

- Assist in organizing and coordinating office events, meetings, and appointments.
- Maintain office equipment and arrange for repairs or maintenance as needed.
- Uphold office policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an office secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information.
