**About the role**

As our Assistant Manager for our Michelin Star Torno Subito restaurant you will be supporting the venue manager on the day to day operations as well assisting with menu planning, maintaining sanitation standards and assisting the servers and hosts on the floor during peak seasons. You will be leading your team to improve guest satisfaction and service within Torno Subito.

You will be supervising a large team of employees and managing all the day to day operations and ensuring that we maintain the service and sanitation standards in the restaurant areas.

**About you**
- Must have 2 years’ experience as Management level
- Proven customer service experience
- Must have luxury hospitality/restaurant experience
- Familiarity with restaurant management software
- Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
- Acute financial management skills
- Italian fluency would be preferred
