Call Centre Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Outbound Calling Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients through high-volume outbound calls and other communications, introducing our products and services, and setting up targeted weekly appointments. Your primary goal is to engage prospects, build strong relationships, generate interest, and maintain accurate records of interactions to support our sales team.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Build strong relationships with prospects and create a positive impression of our products/services.
2. Aim to achieve weekly targets by effectively engaging with prospects and assessing their suitability.
3. Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to identify potential opportunities.
4. Keep detailed and accurate records of all interactions with prospects in the CRM.
5. Track progress, manage follow-ups, and ensure data accuracy in the CRM.
6. Follow up with prospects who have shown interest, ensuring ongoing engagement until they are ready for further sales conversations.
7. Perform other duties as assigned to support the calling teams overall goals.
**Qualifications**:
1. Previous experience in inbound or outbound sales or business development and 3 years of experience in managing the team.
2. Proven success in meeting targets and generating leads through outbound communication.
3. Strong communication skills with a friendly, professional phone manner.
4. Experience using CRM tools, Dialer and proficiency with the Microsoft Excel.
5. Experience working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
