We are hiring a **ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST**
**We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy RECEPTIONIST**
**Handle incoming calls, feedbacks and enquires from clients or customers**. **Provide customer service at front desk. Responsible Receptionist to organize our company’s day-to-day operations.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleanliness and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Sales, procurement and logistics support.
- Meet and greet corporate visitors.
- Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleanliness and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Maintain organized records and files
**Qualifications**:
- 1-3 years’ experience as an office Receptionist within an corporate environment and Institutions or the same filed.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
- Proven experience as an office Receptionist, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Basic or advance skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Salary starting: 2,000aed
Work location: Business Bay Dubai
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
