We are hiring a _**ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST**_

We are seeking a meticulous and tech-savvy **ADMIN CUM RECEPTIONIST **Handle incoming calls, feedbacks and enquires from clients or customers. Responsible Office Administrator cum Receptionist to THE DIRECTOR'S OFFICE to organize our company’s day-to-day operations and assist the Director's schedule of meeting etc.

**Responsibilities**:

- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Manage license renewals and permits.
- Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleanliness and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the office
- Travel, diary and event management.
- Sales, procurement and logistics support.
- Meet and greet corporate visitors.
- Manage office supplies, facilities maintenance, cleanliness and deliveries to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Maintain organized records and files

**Qualification**:

- 1-3 years’ experience as an office administrator within an corporate environment.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and take the initiative to investigate and resolve issues appropriately and promptly.
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Client relationship management with the ability to interact at all levels.
- Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
