**Essential**:

- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical/Civil engineer with extensive facilities management experience and knowledge or related courses.
- Minimum of 10 years' experience on site installing and commissioning or supervising as a HVAC Engineer, Electrical Engineer, Civil Engineer.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience at managing a team of engineers, contractors or skilled staff.
- Must have technical hands on experience and knowledge of all the below systems:

- BMS Systems
- Pumping Systems
- Water treatment systems
- Electrical systems
- Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems (FAHU, AHU, FCU)
- Heat Exchangers
- Fire Suppression Systems
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to read, write, speak and understand English fluently
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to meet or exceed the company's attendance and punctuality standards
- Ability to evaluate objectively, fairly, and consistently
- Ability to use common tools
- Ability to understand and follow directions as given

**Desirable**:

- Prior experience in a Hotel, Hospitality/Leisure Facility or Construction Company
- Electrical, Lighting knowledge
- HVAC knowledge
- Power Distribution knowledge
- Fire Alarm, Fire Suppression knowledge
- Civil, minor fit out works knowledge
- Plumbing knowledge
- Prior experience in a Hotel, Hospitality/Leisure Facility or Construction Company
- Implementation, technical & working knowledge of any Facility related Equipment/Devices
- CMMS System experience such as MAXIMO,CAFM or similar software's
