**MANAGER BUSINESS SOLUTIONS & BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE GCC**:

The Manager BuSo & BI supports Head of BuSo & Strategy and internal counterparts in a business analysis environment. Provides the reporting infrastructure and creates a baseline for a better business steering environment through BI, Cube or any required platform. The position supports the coordination role for process analysis and solution implementation for any areas of improvement through an analytical perspective.

BUSINESS SOLUTIONS:

- Implements business process analysis for areas of improvement (regarding process flow & automization & cost saving etc) through an analytical perspective, and builds a project timeline & roadmap.
- Rolls out & coordinates & follows-up GCC-specific process and project solutions together with internal counterparts and/or EEMEA BuSo Team.
- Proactively identify daily business opportunities and shortfalls in forward orders and discuss them with internal colleagues.

BUSINESS INTELLIGENCE:

- With Global BI Reporting standard/formats; or in the absence of Global BI, develops or leverages the appropriate reporting suite for GCC based on KPI definitions
- Designs dashboards & reports to support other department requirements and automates reporting flow.
- Translates business needs into reporting specifications; and develops & implements & maintains reporting systems that provide accessible information for decision-making and performance monitoring.
- Trains related department’s BI representative/key user, clarifies report/process owners and continues to leverage reports according to new requirements for creating a sustainable reporting environment.
- Support inter-department counterparts regarding reporting platform requirements to provide a better business analysis environment.

BUSINESS ANALYSIS
- Prepares Business Results on monthly, quarterly, and annual perspectives in-line with Financial Calendar
- Deep dive into business opportunities or shortfalls in performance improvement aspect (incl analysis of variances for forecast vs actuals / YoY comparisons)
- Compares, analyses and reports PUMA GCC commercial KPIs, sector trends, market SM, economy, real estate etc

**YOUR TALENT**:
**Education**:

- University degree from a reputable university with relevant fields (BA/BS in business analytics, or other administrative, engineering & quantitative study)

**Experience**:

- Minimum of 4-5 years of applicable experience. Retail industry, BI or consultancy is a plus

**Capabilities**:

- Ability to work collaboratively with multiple departments.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Fluent in English both written & verbal.
- Outgoing team player with initiative, integrity, reliability, and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a professional & positive attitude
- Sense of urgency and ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Passionate about sports and sports culture.

**Specialized skills**:

- Advanced Excel knowledge required
- Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, or Power Pivot preferred
- SAP knowledge preferred
- Data science experience preferred (academic or professional)
- Well-organized, reliable, and efficient with the ability to prioritize
