3. **Record Maintenance**: Maintain financial records, including receipts, payments, and petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and filing.

4. **Financial Assistance**: Support senior accountants in monthly and yearly closing procedures, assisting in data preparation and reconciliation.

5. **Customer Support**: Provide support to customers or vendors regarding billing or payment inquiries.

6. **Compliance, Flexibility, and Additional Duties**:

- Ensure compliance with applicable laws.
- Adhere to company rules, guidelines, and processes at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, new regulations, and best practices in the industry.

Be flexible and adaptable, taking on any additional duties assigned by the management team to support the company's success.

**Qualification & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
- CPA or ACCA qualification
- 2-3 years of experience in accounting
