Job Description:

  • Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner at all times.
  • Receive goods and verify them against purchase orders, ensuring quantity, quality, and expiry date compliance.
  • Inspect and measure the quality and weight of items upon receipt and before storage.
  • Complete credit notes or adjust invoices as necessary before providing copies to suppliers.
  • Generate daily receiving reports for F&B items and General items, submitting them to accounts payable.
  • Maintain an updated file of receiving copies for approved purchase orders, clearly documenting delivery status.
  • Ensure all deliveries are received at the designated area.
  • Stamp and date all invoices with the receiving stamp upon delivery.
  • Obtain signatures from department heads/leaders on invoices for direct deliveries.
  • Record all FOC items received and send copies to the Cost Controller.
  • Attach FMC Receiving reports to each invoice.
  • Follow HACCP standards and hygiene protocols when receiving items.
