  • Receive Goods and verifythese goods against the purchase orders by taking into account theQuantity and Quality of the received products as well as expirydate.
  • Inspect the physical condition and countor measure the Quality and weight of all items at the time they arereceived and before they are placed instorage.
  • Receiving clerk should must completeCredit note or manually adjust the invoice before giving invoicecopy to suppliers.
  • Complete a daily Receivingreport for F&B items and for General items and submit toaccounts payable.
  • Maintain an up-to-date fileof the receiving coy of all approved purchase orders. All purchaseorders must clearly state the status of delivery (Open orpartial).
  • Ensure all deliveries are received atthe designated receiving area only.
  • Ensure allinvoices are stamped and dated with the appropriate receiving stampupon deliveries.
  • Ensure all invoices are alsosigned with name from related department heads/ Leaders upon directdelivery.
  • Receiving clerk should keep recordall the FOC items received and copy should send to Costcontroller.
  • Ensure FMC Receiving report mustattached with each invoice.
  • Ensure that HACCPpoints are taken into consideration while receiving items and mustfollow the Hygiene standards.
