As a TikTok Account Operator at [Your Company Name], you will be responsible for managing and growing TikTok accounts for our clients in the Chinese market. Your key responsibilities will include:

- Creating and curating engaging content tailored to the Chinese audience on TikTok.
- Developing and executing effective TikTok marketing strategies to increase followers, engagement, and brand visibility.
- Monitoring TikTok trends, hashtags, and challenges to capitalize on viral opportunities.
- Collaborating with content creators, designers, and marketing teams to produce high-quality TikTok videos and campaigns.
- Analyzing TikTok analytics and performance metrics to optimize content and achieve campaign objectives.
- Engaging with followers, responding to comments, and fostering a sense of community around client accounts.
- Keeping up-to-date with TikTok's policies, algorithms, and best practices to ensure compliance and maximize reach.

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages.
- Proven experience managing TikTok accounts and creating engaging content for the Chinese market.
- Strong understanding of TikTok's platform features, trends, and user behavior.
- Creative thinking and storytelling skills, with the ability to conceptualize and execute compelling TikTok campaigns.
- Proficiency in video editing tools and techniques for creating TikTok-friendly content.
- Knowledge of social media analytics and reporting tools to track performance and measure ROI.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
- Passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of industry trends.
