
Customer Service Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and dedicated Customer Services Officer to provide comprehensive support to our team and delivering exceptional assistance to our clients and executives while maintaining a high standard of organization and professionalism.
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:
Act as the first point of contact for clients and addressing inquiries and providing information.
Serve customers through incoming and outgoing communication with professionalism and courtesy.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle complaints, present appropriate and timely solutions and ensure issue has been resolved.
**Coordination and Communication**:
Pursue a rigorous approach to following up with all prospective clients on quotations provided until business is concluded of the case is closed.
Coordinate and follow up on important tasks and projects to ensure they are completed on time.
Liaise with other team members and departments to facilitate efficient communication and collaboration.
**Administrative Support**:
Manage and organize the executive's calendar, appointments, and meetings.
Prepare and provide documents, records, reports, presentations and providing customers with detailed information about our products, insurance policies and coverage.
Perform general administrative tasks, Manage office and ensures it remains ready for business.
**Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required**:
Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Power point presentations and Adobe Photoshop.
Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven experience in a customer service role with a strong focus on delivering excellent customer experiences with knowledge of insurance products and policy schedules.
High level of discretion and confidentiality with sensible judgement and diligence.
Ability to adapt to changing priorities, multitask effectively and able to work under pressure.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
