**Audio-Visual Product Knowledge**
- Understanding AV Equipment: knowledge of AV products such as projectors, sound systems, cameras, microphones, and video conferencing tools.
- Industry Trends: Staying updated with the latest advancements and trends in the AV industry.

**Strategic Sales**
- Market Research: Conducting research to understand market needs, competition, and customer preferences in the AV industry.
- Sales Strategy: Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve targets and expand market share.
- Customer Needs Assessment: Identifying and addressing customer needs and pain points with tailored AV solutions.
