As an IT Assistant and RMA Front Desk Personnel, you will play a vital role in combining technical expertise with customer service skills. Your primary responsibilities include providing technical support, managing front desk operations for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) requests, delivering exceptional customer service, and handling administrative tasks. Here's a breakdown of what your role entails:

- Provide technical support to employees or customers facing IT issues, troubleshooting hardware and software problems, and offering solutions or escalating as necessary.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of computer systems, peripherals, and networks, ensuring IT systems and data security.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers or clients seeking to return merchandise, receiving and processing RMA requests. Provide clear instructions and guidance to customers on the RMA process, including packaging and shipping instructions, while maintaining accurate records of RMAs. Communicate effectively with internal teams to facilitate smooth RMA transactions and address customer inquiries or concerns regarding RMAs promptly.
- Deliver excellent customer service, actively listening to customer needs and concerns, and offering empathetic support and solutions. Communicate technical information in a clear and understandable manner, especially when assisting non-technical users, and strive to exceed customer expectations.
- Perform administrative duties related to IT operations and RMA management, such as maintaining documentation, filing records, and generating reports. Assist in inventory management for IT equipment or RMA returns, scheduling appointments or meetings related to IT support or RMA processing.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Prior experience in an IT support role or similar position is advantageous.
- Strong technical skills and knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision, as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in performing tasks and maintaining records.
- Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing priorities and multiple tasks simultaneously.

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
