Pan, coordinate and improving administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline processes
- Ensure operations adhere to policies and regulations
- Remaining responsible for the day-to-day facilities operations including supervising the maintenance and alteration of office areas and equipment, purchasing office supplies, furniture, office equipment etc. for staff
- Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
- Receive and interact with incoming visitors, resolves visitor problems quickly, efficiently, and courteously
- Performing other work-related duties as assigned including supporting corporate compliance team as needed.
- Maintains working relationships and communicates with all departments.
- Dealing with vendor or government sector as needed
- Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards company goals.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
- Experience in a related field, such as management are preferred
- Exceptional leadership and time, task, and resource management skills.
- Strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching, interpersonal, and verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with computers, especially MS Office.
- Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, self-motivation, adaptability, and a positive attitude
- In-depth understanding of office management procedures and departmental and legal policies

Job Responsibilities:
1.Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
- Support marketing executives in organizing various projects
- Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires
- Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
- Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information
- Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
- Prepare and deliver promotional presentations
- Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts
- Write marketing literature (brochures, press releases etc) to augment the company’s presence in the market
- Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships

Job Requirements:
1. Advertising. Marketing. Media related major is the best;
2. Able to write all kinds of documents independently, with certain ability of data analysis;
3. Excellent writing ability, good at finding hot spots, unique and creative thinking;
4. Photoshop or other drawing software proficiency is a plus

5. Retail experience is a plus

6. Knowledge of Chinese language is desirable

Job Requirement:
