**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage and nurture client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact
- Assist in the development and execution of social media strategies and campaigns
- Coordinate with internal teams (content creators, graphic designers, videographers) to ensure timely and successful delivery of client projects
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing clients with regular updates and reports
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, briefs, and reports
- Handle client inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide clients with innovative solutions

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years in an account management or executive role within a social media or digital marketing agency
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong documentation and reporting abilities
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
