**Accounts Executive**

As an Accounts Executive pursuing CA/CMA / ACCA qualification, you will be responsible for assisting in the financial operations and management of the company. You will work closely with the finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with regulations, and support in financial decision-making processes.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations in financial reporting.
- Process invoices, verify accounts payable transactions, and maintain vendor records.
- Follow up on outstanding receivables, reconcile customer accounts, and manage collections.
- Support in the development of annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
- Monitor budget performance, analyze variances, and provide insights to management.
- Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, such as profitability analysis, cost-benefit analysis, and trend analysis.
- Prepare financial reports and presentations for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support auditors during financial audits.
- Ensure compliance with audit requirements and address audit findings as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns, including income tax, VAT, and other applicable taxes.
- Stay updated on tax regulations and assist in tax planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial operations and implement best practices.
- Streamline financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Provide support in financial due diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or other strategic transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Pursuing a qualification as a Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), or Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA).
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
