Job Title: Technical Coordinator - Vending Machine Installation and Support

Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Team Management:

- Lead and supervise a team of three individuals responsible for the installation of vending machines with power banks.
- Schedule and coordinate installation projects, ensuring timely and efficient completion.

2. Installation Oversight:

- Oversee the installation process, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical challenges that may arise during installations.

3. Customer Support:

- Handle customer inquiries related to equipment malfunctions and provide timely and effective solutions.
- Implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize equipment downtime.

4. Training:

- Conduct training sessions for team members to enhance technical skills and ensure compliance with installation standards.

5. Documentation:

- Maintain accurate records of installation projects, equipment configurations, and customer interactions.
- Generate reports on team performance, installation success rates, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar technical coordination role.

2. Proven experience in managing and leading a technical team.

3. Strong troubleshooting skills with a focus on resolving technical issues promptly.

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer interaction.

5. Knowledge of vending machine technologies and power bank systems is preferred.

6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

7. Project management skills and attention to detail.
