Responsibilities:

- **General Administration**:Perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the organization.
- **ERP Data Entry**:Enter, update, and manage data within the company's ERP system, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all platforms.
- **Document Management**:Manage filing systems, maintain records, and ensure efficient document handling and organization.
- **Invoice Processing**:Handle the processing of all invoices, ensuring timely payments and proper record-keeping within the ERP system.
- **Basic HR Support**:Assist with HR tasks such as processing new hire documents, coordinating HR records, and supporting the HR team as needed.
- **Accounting Assistance**:Provide support with basic accounting tasks such as data entry, liaising with the accountant, and ensuring accurate records in the ERP system.
- **Shipment and Import Coordination**:Assist with the coordination of shipments and imports, including paperwork, customs clearance, and liaison with shipping companies.
- **Office Supplies Management**:Keep an inventory of office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- **Meeting Coordination**:Assist in planning and scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and taking minutes during meetings as required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an administrative assistant, preferably within the F&B industry.
- Experience working with ERP systems and managing data within such platforms.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Basic understanding of HR functions and best practices.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and MS PowerPoint, in particular).
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- High school diploma; additional qualification as an Administrative Assistant, Secretary, or ERP certification will be a plus.
