Job Description:
Feasibility Analyst
- Development:
1. Prepare financial modeling

2. Conduct financial and operational analysis (leverage various reports, systems, internet, etc.) as needed for input to development projects

3. Gather operating data and research industry trends

4. Liaise with internal teams as well as external associates and clients

5. Assist in due diligence processes, in coordination with multiple internal stakeholders and departments

6. Maintain development documents on Intranet

7. Assist in the preparation of high quality reports and PowerPoint presentations

8. Oversee the centralization of all project information, including, presentation materials, agreements, due diligence reports and other documentation

9. Support the enhancement of the development team’s processes and procedures

10. Present findings in professional report format (as input to senior leader decision-making)

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

Proven experience in conducting feasibility studies, market research, or strategic analysis.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions.

Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.

Detail-oriented approach, with a focus on accuracy and precision in analysis and reporting.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Proficiency in relevant software and analytical tools, such as Microsoft Excel, financial modeling software, and statistical analysis programs.

**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in specific industries or sectors relevant to the organization's operations

Certification or professional accreditation related to feasibility analysis or project management (e.g., Project Management Professional, Certified Feasibility Analyst).
