About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team at Dicetek LLC. As a Business Analyst, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and success by analyzing complex problems, identifying opportunities, and developing solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Requirements Development: Develop and document business requirements for Life & Medical projects, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and strategic goals.
  • Requirements Documentation and Analysis: Document requirements and participate in the creation of quality discovery, analysis, system feasibility, design, and documentation.
  • Business Partnerships: Liaise with business partners to analyze complex problems, understand business goals and objectives, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate the implementation of Medical & Life project initiatives, ensuring seamless execution and delivery.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with programmers, engineers, and management heads to identify process improvement opportunities, propose system modifications, and devise data governance strategies.
  • Test Case Development: Prepare test cases based on business requirements and ensure no scope creeps in the project.
  • Communication and Training: Develop communication plans, training materials, and workshops to educate stakeholders and promote buy-in for proposed changes.
