At MatchaTalent, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in maintaining and enhancing our corporate management information system.

Key Responsibilities

  • System Maintenance and Enhancement: Work with various stakeholders to ensure the corporate management information system is functioning optimally and aligned with corporate policies.
  • Business Analysis and Consulting: Conduct feasibility studies, business cases, and project proposal reports to identify opportunities for improvement and provide recommendations to senior management.
  • Documentation and Training: Prepare user manuals and documentation for business system implementation, and deliver training to operational and staff personnel to maximize the effectiveness of Business Systems.
  • IT Liaison and Collaboration: Interface with IT during the design and implementation of IT-based business systems, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Business Process Improvement: Analyze and evaluate current systems, identify business and operational requirements, and assist in the design, development, and launch of systems to support core business functions.
  • Leadership and Representation: Lead business system studies, reviews, and recommendations, and assume the role of department representative in business system development, effectively representing the respective department.
