Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Cards and Payments Merchant acquiring processes and value-added services.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements, perform feasibility assessments with coordination from Solution architects.
  • Develop detailed business requirements documents, use cases, and functional specifications to support the development and implementation of new features and enhancements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product, Business, Operations, Compliance, and Development and Testing teams to ensure successful delivery of projects on time.
  • Participate in the testing and quality assurance process to validate the functionality and usability of new features and enhancements.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing Acquiring processes, including troubleshooting issues and implementing bug fixes.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to Payments Acquiring for POS and E-commerce merchants.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
