As a Coiled Tubing Drilling Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for shaping our business and ensuring a high return on technology investment. You will help to strength our brand as a technical leader and improve revenue and margins. You will be key in suggesting improvements to products, processes and procedures to enable flawless customer delivery.
As a Coiled Tubing Drilling Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Planning designing platform strategies for short
- and long-term product positioning and business impact based on market and technology dynamics.
- Planning and executing coiled tubing drilling projects as per customer design and requirement, helping him in finding the best solutions in re-entry and production enhancement segment.
- Ensuring all activities are carried out according to our non-negotiables and our cultural pillars Collaborating with cross-functional teams and customers to understand the activity forecast, volume and complexity
- Ensuring flawless execution and on-time project delivery through effective planning
- Delivering business growth through creating a life-cycle strategy that optimizes New Product Introduction, Advanced Technology development and Service and Productivity programs.

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a bachelor’s degree in a related field & demonstrate solid, professional 10+ years of expertise gained in coiled tubing drilling sector.
- Be able to build relationships with people of all levels of seniority and backgrounds
- Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
- Be a motivated self-starter with a result-oriented mindset and an ability to engage and influence multiple stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while working independently in a fast-paced environment. Be a good team player and display good communication and problem-solving skills
