**Full job description**
**Job Summary**
To carry out basic administrative office activities in support of the Business Unit, ensuring all activities are performed to the required standard, effectively and efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Maintain an efficient filing system for the department and ensure logs or standard reports are as per requirements. Ensure information is accurate and up to date.
- Order and maintain office stationery supplies, with logs of daily activity.
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Provide general support to visitors and clients.
- Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office and ERP Systems experience would be beneficial.
- Strong/excellent attention to detail
- Results-orientated
- Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in producing reports and analysis
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers
**Requirements**/ **Experience**
- Prior administrative experience is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Positive attitude, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Professional and friendly demeanour.
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
