We are seeking a **Male Office Admin** to join our team and ensure smooth office operations while providing exceptional support to guests and staff.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment.
- Office Management.
- Able to arrange and schedule meetings.
- Manage day-to-day office duties, including correspondence, filing, and scheduling.
- Coordinate office maintenance and supplies to ensure efficiency.
- Assist in managing company records, invoices, and administrative tasks.
- Support staff with ad hoc tasks and office-related activities.
- Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications**:
- Major in Bachler's in Business administration.
- 2+ years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Should be pleasant and well dressed and groomed.
- Professional demeanor with the ability to interact with clients and staff.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
Having a valid UAE driving license is a plus.
