Assistant Manager- Presales

Role Summary:
Oversee and ensure that the Electrical solution proposed by the Presales and design team are in line with the company standards, business strategy and the client requirements are totally captured.
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee and assist presales engineers in preparing technical proposals pertaining to electrical tenders aligning with company standards and strategies.
- Closely work with Management for business expansion plan, diversify technical products portfolio, identify the right market to penetrate and achieve company’s mission in acquiring sustainable/renewable electrical projects.
- Ensure Competitive pricing and product inclusion strategies are followed to win the projects.
- Maintain professional relationship with Clients as well as Suppliers to achieve strategy of the company.
- Cross Sell and Upsell products/solutions thru leveraging and negotiation techniques for optimum business generation.
- Monitor the status of RFPs assigned to respective members and ensure that the team members are completing the design/estimation within KPIs.
- Represent FES in Client/Potential Customer meetings to deal with Technical Enquiries efficiently and enhance the probability of winning projects.
- Set, agree and monitor individual goals for all direct reports and evaluate individual performance, providing regular feedback and coaching in line with good people management practices
- Conduct regular audits / reviews in department functions to ensure well-timed deliverables, systematic documentations, Law compliances and proper following of operation procedures by the team members
**Salary**: From AED18,500.00 per month
