We are now looking for a Finance and HR Administrator that will provide a solid backbone to the organisation for all our financial and personnel aspects. Working closely with our Directors, the Business Manager and other key staff, they will join a friendly and dynamic team at the cutting-edge of thinking and practice in supporting and measuring service user change.

HR Responsibilities
Providing HR Administrative support to the HR Manager in line with best practices and company policy.
Providing administrative support in all areas of HR including:
Updating employee information and maintaining the HR portal and systems
Recording, tracking and monitoring employee leave (unplanned absence and annual leave)
Data input/tracking/support with HR Management System
Liaising with the Hiring Manager and Agencies as required
Coordinating interviews and generating the associated paperwork
Assist with employee engagement activities such as social events
Any other reasonable duties as required by Management

Finance Responsibilities

Record cash postings in the accounting system
Record invoices received on the system and organize them into a hard copy filing system.
Review expense claims ensuring all detail is completed
Coordination with suppliers and managing receivables

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
