We are looking for a call center supervisor to join immediately.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage and oversee the daily operations of the remote contact center, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer experience and satisfaction levels.
3. Monitor call center performance metrics, identify areas of improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
4. Train, coach, and mentor contact center agents to ensure a high standard of customer service and performance.
5. Develop and maintain policies and procedures for the contact center, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and best practices.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated customer issues and complaints.
**Must have experience in the same role - Healthcare Industry / Beauty Industry**

**Salary**: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
