Office Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Manage office supplies stock and place orders
- Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets
- Maintain and update company databases
- Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
- Answer queries by employees and clients
- Update office policies as needed
- Maintain a company calendar and schedule appointments
- Book travel arrangements and accommodations
- Coordinate events and meetings, including set-up and logistics
- Provide administrative support for operations team as needed
- knowledge in filing vat and accounts is a plus.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator or similar role
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accuracy
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field preferred
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
