We are looking for a skilled Administrative Affairs Officer to join our team in Al Ain. The position will be responsible for managing the functions of the administrative affairs department include many purely administrative and sometimes technical tasks that are assigned related to human resources, procurement, public relations, drafting official books and memoranda, follow-up of all private and legal matters, in addition to archiving official and special documents and others. This employee is considered to be the department of services supporting the office and do the coordination and follow-up of the work, whether internally or externally.

**What You’ll Do**:
Archiving and issuing of decisions issued by senior management and adoption.

Reference and audit of procedures, forms, records and instructions for the quality system on administrative affairs.

Control means the use and maintenance of communication devices and other administrative services of the office.

Verify that all administrative instructions are already followed and signed

Responsible for announcing/informing all employees of the administrative decision to be considered for approval.

Responsible for the car maintenance campaign and dealing with the traffic authorities.

Preparing the sub-plans and the executive branch of the administrative affairs in order to achieve the main objectives of the office.

Implementation of approved quality plans for management affairs.

Responsible for directing buildings, palaces, farms and services, and taking the necessary preventive and curative measures to preserve these buildings.

Responsible for security and keeping the contents of the office from theft and has the right to issue instructions and decided to enable it.

Training the employees of the office about their work and transfer the experience to them.

Submit weekly, monthly, semi-annual and annual reports to senior management and discuss these reports with the director of the office.
