**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Cleaning and Maintaining Office and Premises**:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks to maintain cleanliness in the office, including dusting, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of common areas such as kitchens, lounges, corridors, and bathrooms.
- Regularly sanitize workstations, desks, chairs, and other high-touch areas.
- Maintain the appearance of office premises and ensure it is presentable at all times.
- **Managing Office Supplies Inventory**:
- Maintain and track office supplies such as stationery, printer paper, and cleaning materials.
- Conduct weekly inventory checks and notify the supervisor or manager when supplies are running low.
- Properly store supplies to ensure they are easily accessible and well-organized.
- Ensure that necessary office materials (such as paper, pens, and folders) are available for employees and replenish supplies as needed.
- **Preparing Coffee and Beverages for Clients and Visitors**:
- Prepare coffee, tea, and other beverages for office staff, clients, and visitors, ensuring their comfort during meetings or visits.
- Serve refreshments during meetings, making sure to provide drinks as per the preferences of clients and staff.
- Keep the kitchen area clean and well-stocked with necessary items like sugar, milk, and cups.
- **General Office Assistance**:
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms by arranging chairs, tables, and equipment.
- Run errands such as collecting and delivering documents, purchasing office supplies, or sending packages.
- Support the administrative or office staff with any tasks as needed, ensuring smooth office operations.
- **Maintaining a Safe and Pleasant Environment**:
- Ensure the office environment remains safe by addressing any spills, hazards, or messes immediately.
- Take care of office plants, if applicable, ensuring they are watered and healthy.
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Basic Education**: A high school diploma or equivalent.
- **Attention to Detail**: Ability to maintain a clean and well-organized environment.
- **Good Communication Skills**: Interact courteously with staff, visitors, and clients.
- **Organizational Skills**: Capable of managing inventory and keeping the office running smoothly.
- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, lifting supplies, and standing for extended periods.
