Technical Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in daily office operations.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
- Enter and update data into databases, spreadsheets, and systems with high accuracy.
- Verify and correct data to ensure its accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital files.
- Generate reports and summaries based on the entered data.
- Handle ADMCC-related documentation accurately and efficiently.
- Record and organize work reports systematically.
- Ensure all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Assist with ELV system documentation and management.
- Utilize AutoCAD for preparing and modifying technical drawings as needed.
- Provide assistance and support to clients and customers as needed.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth office operations.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive work environment.
- **Knowledge of AutoCAD is a significant advantage.**_
- **IT and ELV systems knowledge.**_
Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
