Education Qualifications:
Bachelors/ Master’s in finance, CPA / CA /ACCA

**Experience**:
15 Years in Finance

Required/Preferred Skills:

- Highly detail-oriented and organized
- Working knowledge of SAP (mandatory, more systems will be a plus)
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize workflow
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
- Superior analytical and problem-solving skills
- Efficiency and accuracy
- Open to changing role dynamics and requirements within the finance sphere
- Management skills and ability to attain accuracy under pressure
- Superior reporting and presentation skills
- Ability to comprehend and execute deliverables from senior management
- Work ethic and integrity

ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Developing and managing financial strategies to ensure the long-term financial stability of the organization.
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports, budgets, and forecasts.
- Analyzing financial data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvements.
- Managing the organization's investments and funding sources.
- Establishing and maintaining financial policies and procedures.
- Ensuring that the organization complies with financial regulations and laws.
- Collaborating with other departments and senior management to make informed decisions about the organization's financial future.
- Communicating financial information to stakeholders, including board members, investors, and government agencies.
- Identifying and managing financial risks to the organization.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating the organization's financial performance and making recommendations for improvement.
- Yearend closing activity, collaboration and communication with external auditors.

**Additional Notes**

Audit experience will be beneficial.

Pay: Up to AED25,000.00 per month
