Business Development Executive- Fitout

Dubai, United Arab Emirates GCC Full time

Develop new business and long term business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling and visiting clients.
Develop, coordinate and implement marketing plans designed to maintain and increase existing business and capture new potential opportunities.
Develops negotiating strategies and positions for GCC interiors brand in respective business sector.
Develop sales presentations, conduct seminars if required and participate in meetings with clients and external vendors.
Complete proposals, follow up on submissions and close business. Be aware of organizational growth
initiatives regarding market and target customer segments, and the company’s potential to meet customer needs.
Oversee, maintain and upgrade existing accounts to ensure ongoing client satisfaction. Reviewing client’s feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Coordinate, manage and resolve account maintenance issues.
Benchmark BD practices to recommend profit and service improvements.
Qualifications:
7-10+ years’ direct Sales or Business Development experience
Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred
Must be extremely effective at initiating high-level contacts in the similar domain and have strong presentation skills to close the deal.
Creativity and ingenuity in developing successful sales/ Business development strategies; have a working knowledge of the industry along with a pulse on what is forthcoming.
Ability to generate leads and build business in a wide-open UAE market.
Possess growth-oriented philosophy and be able to manage growth responsibly.
Entrepreneurial-oriented philosophy, Technology savvy, detail oriented, ability to manage multiple projects and clients.
Fluent in English and Arabic is a plus.
Driving License is mandatory.
