**Job Description**:
As a Sales Executive for our Fitout Company, specializing in interior design and construction solutions, your primary responsibility will be to drive sales growth by acquiring new clients and maintaining strong relationships with existing ones. Fluency in the Russian language is mandatory for effective communication with Russian-speaking clients in our target market. You will play a vital role in promoting our fitout services, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and generating leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their needs, preferences, and budget constraints. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and site visits to discuss fitout requirements and showcase our services.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base. Collaborate with the sales team and management to devise sales plans, set targets, and track progress towards goals.
- Proposal Preparation: Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients, outlining our fitout solutions, pricing, and timelines. Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to secure agreements while ensuring profitability for the company.
- Project Coordination: Liaise with internal teams, including design, project management, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of fitout projects. Coordinate project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet client expectations and project deadlines.
- Sales Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and project status updates. Generate sales reports and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Language Support: Provide language support to Russian-speaking clients throughout the sales process, including initial inquiries, meetings, negotiations, and after-sales service. Ensure effective communication and understanding of client needs in Russian language.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments related to fitout and interior design. Participate in training programs, workshops, and industry events to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.

Qualifications and Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales roles, preferably in the fitout or construction industry.
- Fluency in Russian language (both written and verbal) is mandatory.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively with clients.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
