Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect new business opportunities within target markets and sectors.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, designers, contractors, and other stakeholders in the fitout industry.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, competitive landscape, and potential opportunities for expansion.
- Collaborate with the design and project management teams to develop customized fitout proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
- Lead the negotiation and closing of contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the company's capabilities, portfolio, and value proposition.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices to provide clients with expert advice and solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Track sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics, providing regular reports and updates to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the fitout industry.
- Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management fundamentals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and drive initiatives to fruition.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
