**Responsibilities**:
- Assist the management team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing communication.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Maintain calendars for the management team, ensuring meetings and deadlines are properly scheduled.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials as requested by management.
- Organize and maintain office files, records, and documentation, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and team-building activities.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Support the management team in other tasks and projects as needed.
- Collaborate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and priorities.
