
Executive Assistant

The Executive Assistant plays a crucial role in supporting the ExCo of Skybound Wealth Management. This role requires a highly organized and proactive individual who can efficiently manage administrative tasks while demonstrating discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information. The Executive Assistant will work closely with executives to enhance productivity and streamline processes.
**Responsibilities**:
**Calendar Management**:Coordinate and manage complex schedules, including arranging meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior executives. Prioritize and schedule meetings, ensuring optimal use of executive's time.
**Administrative Support**:Provide high-level administrative support, including managing correspondence, maintaining files, and handling expense reports. Assist in preparing documents, agendas, reports, and presentations for meetings.
**Project Coordination**:Assist in coordinating special projects, initiatives, and events as directed by executives. Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
**Information Management**:Organize and maintain confidential information and documentation, exercising discretion and confidentiality at all times. Manage electronic and physical filing systems effectively.
**Relationship Management**:Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal teams, clients, and external partners. Serve as a liaison between executives and other departments within the organization.
**Research and Analysis**:Conduct research and gather information on various topics as requested by executives. Prepare summaries, reports, and briefs to support decision-making processes.
**Ad Hoc Support**:Provide additional support and assistance to executives as needed, including personal tasks and errands.
****Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant working at C-suite level, preferably within the financial services industry.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at
all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Knowledge of financial terminology and concepts is preferred but not required.
- Fluency in English
