**Job Description**:
As a Customer Experience (C&E) Supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional service delivery to our guests, particularly during events and functions. You will oversee the coordination of events, meetings, and conferences, ensuring all aspects align with our standards of excellence and guest satisfaction.
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all aspects of events, including meetings, conferences, weddings, and other social gatherings.
- Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and ensure all details are accurately communicated to relevant departments.
- Coordinate with various departments such as catering, housekeeping, and audiovisual to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Conduct site inspections with clients and provide recommendations to enhance their experience.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout events, promptly addressing any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Anticipate guest needs and ensure they are met in a timely and efficient manner.
- Proactively seek feedback from guests to continuously improve service delivery.
- Supervise a team of event staff, providing guidance, training, and support as needed.
- Ensure all team members adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and excellence.
- Maintain accurate records of event details, including contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Prepare event reports and analyses for management review.
- Assist in budget management and cost control measures related to events.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in event coordination, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients, guests, and team members.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software.
- Knowledge of local regulations and cultural practices related to events in Sharjah is advantageous.

Pay: From AED2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
