**Job Summary**:The Steward Supervisor is responsible for leading and coordinating the stewarding team to ensure the effective management of facilities, resources, and events, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety.

**Responsibilities**:
**Team Leadership**:Supervise and lead the stewarding team, providing guidance and support.
Schedule and allocate tasks to ensure coverage and efficiency.

**Facility Management**:Oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities.
Coordinate with the team to ensure proper cleaning procedures are followed.
Conduct regular inspections to ensure facilities meet established standards.

**Resource Management**:Manage inventory and stock levels of supplies.
Monitor and control the use of resources, including equipment and cleaning materials.
Collaborate with relevant departments to optimize resource utilization.

**Event Coordination**:Coordinate with event planners to ensure successful setup and breakdown of event spaces.
Supervise the stewarding team during events to maintain order and cleanliness.

**Training and Development**:Provide training to stewards on proper cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and customer service.
Conduct performance reviews and offer constructive feedback for improvement.

**Quality Control**:Ensure that all stewarding activities meet quality and safety standards.
Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to stewarding tasks.

**Customer Service**:Address customer concerns or issues related to stewarding services.
Foster a positive and customer-oriented attitude among the stewarding team.

**Reporting**:Maintain records and documentation related to stewarding activities.
Generate reports on resource usage, facility maintenance, and stewarding team performance.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (required)
