**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Administrative Support**: Provide comprehensive administrative support, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing correspondence.
- **Documentation**: Prepare, review, and edit documents, presentations, and reports as required.
- **Meeting Coordination**: Organize and coordinate meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring follow-up actions are completed.
- **Travel Arrangements**: Handle travel logistics, including booking flights, accommodation, and ground transportation, and preparing detailed itineraries.
- **Project Assistance**: Assist in various projects, conducting research, compiling data, and providing reports as needed.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and discretion at all times.
- **Relationship Management**: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships.
- **Office Management**: Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring a well-organized and efficient working environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.

**Skills**:

- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Arabic language skills are an advantage.
