**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute comprehensive capital raising strategies to support the company's financial goals and expansion plans.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential investors, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and financial institutions.
- Plan, organize, and lead capital raising campaigns, including equity and debt financing, to secure the necessary capital.
- Prepare detailed financial proposals, business plans, and pitch decks to present to potential investors and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify potential funding opportunities and stay abreast of industry trends and investor preferences.
- Oversee the due diligence process for potential investors, ensuring all financial and operational information is accurately presented.
- Lead negotiations with investors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.
- Ensure all capital raising activities comply with local and international regulations and standards.
- Prepare regular reports on capital raising activities, progress, and outcomes for the senior management and board of directors.
- Work closely with the finance, legal, and operations teams to align capital raising activities with the company’s overall strategy and objectives.

**Skills and Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in capital raising, investment banking, private equity, or a related financial role, preferably within the aviation industry.
- Strong financial acumen and understanding of capital markets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions.
- Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with the aviation industry and its financial dynamics is a significant advantage.
