We are a Maintenance Company who is looking for a FEMALE Administrator who can provide with the duties and responsibilities as mentioned
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and manage incoming telephone calls
Manage petty cash transactions
Maintain office files, records, and databases
Coordination with clients and vendors
Prepare and send proposals and tax invoices
Perform various administrative tasks as required
Basic knowledge of accounting is a plus
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Self-motivated, multi-tasking, and trustworthy, with the ability to work under pressure
