Administrative Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform data entry and maintenance tasks in CRM software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of clients, contacts, and leads.
- Utilize accounting software to assist with basic financial tasks, such as invoicing, expense tracking, and generating financial reports.
- Create, update, and manage spreadsheets in Excel, including data analysis, chart creation, and formula utilization.
- Collaborate with the team to compile reports, presentations, and other documentation using various software tools.
- Coordinate and manage the organization's calendar and schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences utilizing computer-based tools.
- Assist in managing digital files and documents, ensuring proper organization, storage, and retrieval.
- Provide general administrative support such as preparing documents, photocopying, scanning, and managing office supplies inventory.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or courses in office administration or computer-related fields are a plus.
- Proven experience in an administrative role with a focus on computer-based tasks.
- Proficiency in handling CRM software, accounting software, and advanced knowledge of Excel (e.g., data analysis, formulas, macros).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in all work performed.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
