The Platform solves the challenge of integrating Operational Technology (OT) and Information Technology (IT).

Regional Business Manager is a key role to accountable to manage the Sales support of our OpenBlue Digital software in EMEALA. You will report to a VP Digital Business Development and will act as the liaison between internal and external customers and our digital solutions management teams.

As a key member of digital solutions Business Development organization, you will be responsible for the growth and continued adoption of the Digital Solutions software. In this role you will have an emphasis on sales support, voice of the internal and external customers, and become a key partner to the EMEALA Sales team with dotted line reporting to the Regional Vice President of Digital Solutions.

**How you will do it**

As a Regional Business Manager, Digital Solutions you will use your expertise to Support and guide the growth of JCI digital business in EMEALA Region. You will help build and run content plus supporting materials to enable self-sustaining regional sellers.

As a Regional Business Manager, you will be supporting the sellers during the sales process by providing specifics around solutions / product/offering, commercial strategies and how it enables customer outcomes and drive new and existing sales campaigns throughout the region along with this you will be also accountable to achieve sales targets on a quarterly and annual basis.

As a Business Manager you will be passionate about driving sales growth through Digital Solutions in the Region on a year over year basis and will focus on enhancing the Region’s ability to qualify and execute on opportunities. You will actively review and handle opportunities through pipeline and forecast reviews with Region and broader OneJCI team through Salesforce as the system of record. You role will also include mentor and participating in working sessions with Digital COE, Customer Success, Legal, Finance and Region operations to improve and maintain presales process.

As a Regional Manager you will collaborate with training teams to support Regions needs and develop advance tools to enable digital sellers. Solution Council
- Take feedback from voice of sales, voice of customers and give feedback to voice of product for agile road map and market adoption, Organizing and running DDRB sessions (DDD) to ensure deals going through specifications and customer requirements, meet functional requirements, conform to delivery strategies, and help handle risk will be part of your responsibilities. You will build the pipeline and meet the target numbers for digital solution offerings within planned Region goals and prioritize where needed, support to sales and marketing in finding technological solutions to customers’ needs.

**What we look for**

**Required**
- Bachelor of Electrical / Mechanical Engineering and/or MBA
- Minimum 7 years consultative solution selling with strong IT competence and background in minimum one of the following technologies: Building Management System (BMS) Big Data, Cloud computing, IoT, SaaS, PaaS
- Minimum 10 years of selling and technical experience
- Highly motivated business development — proven ability to build positive relationships across all levels of an organization including senior business/technology managers and C-suite decision makers
- Must be able to optimally tie technology and business objectives to build demand, nurture adoption of new solutions, and close deals
- Ability to work with internal JCI business units to crafted integrated solutions that address complex client and technological challenges
- Sophisticated communications skills to negotiate solutions and resolve issues with peers, partners and customers
- Proficiency level of English spoken and written.
- Proficiency with Salesforce desired
- Strong ability to build and implement strategic plans
- Excellent Stakeholder Management, communication abilities and strong presentation skills
