What are we looking for?


Reporting to the Executive Director - Global Sales, the individual will play a pivotal role in strengthening the relationship between our company and strategic customers/banks, driving business expansion, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Acting as an ambassador for us in the region, your role will be to generate new sales leads in Middle East region (UAE, Saudi, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, Egypt, Iraq) to successful sales closure.

We envisage you to be a tenacious and self-motivated professional, who sets your own goals and drives to seek new business, meeting, or exceeding targets.

We anticipate you have excellent collaboration and negotiation skills, capable of working in a team while achieving goals with a proactive approach.

Moreover, you have effective organizational and communication skills, able to build a long-lasting relationship with different C-level stakeholders.

This is a strategic hunter sales role and you will be responsible for initiating, nurturing and strengthening new sales relationships.


This is an ideal opportunity for ambitious sellers to get international sales exposure, building regional network, and an entry into the exciting world of multi-million-dollar sales transactions.

What will you do?

  • Drive XD expansion in the region by expanding new business opportunities and building strategic relationships with prospects
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities
  • Generate sales leads and initiate contacts with potential clients
  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities and effectively run a sales cycle
  • Build & nurture strong relations with prospective clients and existing clients
  • Own a regional sales quota for new banking customers in Middle East (Hunter mindset)
  • Conduct sales calls, meetings and presentations (both onsite and remote) to prospective customers and maintain relationships with principles
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to showcase the Company's offerings
  • Attend regional/global marketing/networking events to expand XD's presence and establish valuable connections with prospective clients
  • Close sales deals by driving business requirements, presentations, negotiations and contract closure.

What do I need to succeed?

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT or General Management or other fields
  • 35 years of hunter sales experience in creating new sales leads and achieving sales targets
  • At least 2 years of proven experience of achieving/overachieving sales targets
  • Financial Services/Banking product or business experience will be a big plus
  • Strong and proven relationshipbuilding skills and gogetter attitude
  • Experience of nurturing existing relationships and account management
  • Excellent English communication skills (Arabic will be a plus but not mandatory) Pleasant personality and excellent presentation skills
  • Hunter sales experience in creating new sales opportunities & conducting CXO conversations.
